Bellevue Property Management & Immofinance, presenting Sozopolis, together with Yachting BG, welcomed their guests and visitors in a unique beach bar in the Inter Expo Centre Sofia, during the first of its kind Sofia Yacht Show, between 9 and 13 April 2008. Luxury weekend for two in Yastrebets hotel, member of SLH, was just one of the compliments both companies offered as a gift to their customers who purchased a yacht or a house in Sozopolis - the last beautiful place to find on the Black Sea coast.

Official turning of the first sod in the sensational complex Sozopolis - [15.11.2007]
Immofinance and BelleVue Property Management turned the first sod in the vacation complex Sozopolis on the Kolokita cape. The project was presented by Ivan Nikolov – Executive Director of Immofinance, Ivan Takov – Executive Director of Immofinance, Mihail Zaimov – Manager of the Project and Svetoslav Mladenov – Executive Director of Bellevue Property management. The buildings of the residential complex will be built in the spirit and the architectural style of the old Sozopol, while its concept is created to offer a luxurious place at the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast, aiming to generate feelings of romanticism and inspiration. “We believe that the future owners will possess their dream come true.” , said Ivan Nikolov – Executive Director of Immofinance during the official presentation of the project in front of guests and media representatives. The vacation complex Sozopolis is located on cape Kolokita – distanced at 2 êm to the South of Sozopol. It will be developed on an area of 88 500 square meters of land and will contain 167 separate properties – authentic detached and semi-detached houses, shops, galleries, small restaurants, luxury hotel with a SPA centre, offices and recreation facilities. The investment cost of Sozopolis is EUR 45 million, and the project of the complex, drafted by architect Hristo Lazarov (Designer’s Bureaux Itkonsult) includes 56 two-floor two family and 21 individual houses. Mihail Zaimov – Manager of Projects in Immofinance notes that: “Sozopolis is a whole new town, resort settlement, which offers to the future owners all prerequisites of an unforgettable recreation – at the same time it is far from noise and crowds of tourists“. “The unique architecture, the archaeological excavations on cape Kolokita, which will be preserved and renovated on the territory of Sozopolis, the panoramic view to the sea of 80% of the dwellings, make Sozopolis a unique and so far unseen residential complex on the territory of Bulgaria”, said Svetoslav Mladenov – Executive Director of Bellevue Property Management – the sales and property management for the complex.

Immofinance held a day long event marked by a press conference for journalists followed by a “ribbon cutting” ceremony with the guest of honour – Lord Saint Antony John of Bletso. Bulgaria pulls up a seat at the EU table - [31.03.2005]
With plans to sign an accession agreement next year, Bulgaria is preparing itself to become a EU member. Nick Kochan reports from The Banker’s conference. Bulgaria has moved centre stage among the nations of central Europe. In due course, this will translate into a seat at the EU members’ table, perhaps as early as 2007. These considerations are driving Bulgarian economic and structural policy today.
That was clear at The Banker business conference, Banking on Bulgaria, held recently in London and sponsored by investment fund Equest.
